Proposal Summary:
I propose that True Elevation Wilderness Ministry widens their field of advertisement to include programs that would take kids from poor or low income households free of charge into nature, and to also provide more frequent trips for middle school and high schoolers.
The Audience:
True Elevation Wilderness Ministry T Downing, and Trey
Why should T.E accept this proposal:
True Elevation is an amazing resource for kids and adults. However they are limiting themselves to the kinds of clientele they take on these life changing trips, and I believe that this is a detriment to their business. The whole idea of T.E is to take kids into nature so they can experience God and his wonderful creation without distractions from society. With widening the potential clientele they more effectively are able to preach to younger generations, and get them out into nature more often. There are other benefits it opening up who can go on these trips and how many they do by taking more kids into nature you have children growing up loving the outdoors not just as a fun place to be in but as a place to go when they are depressed, lonely, or grieving. You also build up generations that care about the environment and want better for it so that they can keep going on these amazing trips.
What would this actually look like:
Making more trips than just the one middle school trip and high school trip in the summer.
