Driving Project
What is good question in this project we had to come up with a question about driving my original question is “How much pressure does it take your brake pads.” after I had my question I needed to take a closer look to make sure I was being specific enough but not so specific that I couldn't just google my answer.
So I looked up my variables, and equations such as the deceleration equation friction equation force equation then the pressure equation. Once I had all of that all I had to do was plug in my variables and do the math.
I started with the deceleration equation to give me how fast I am slowing my car down then getting that moved onto the force equation to find out how much force is being put onto the car then to friction to find out how much friction is going on between the brake pads and the rotator and finely pressure to give me my finely answer to how much pressure does my brake apply.
Once I got my answer I realized that I could do this with any vehicle all I would need to the weight of the car how fast it is going and then the area of the brake pads then you just plug and chug.
